The design of the stand mixer has had a little update recently and while you may notice a subtle difference on the outside from previous models, the inside is very much the same.

The 10-speed motor is direct drive, meaning that you won't experience any power loss between the motor and the single multipurpose attachment hub. The planetary action of this smart design means that every last bit in the bowl is picked up and mixed thoroughly. This motor is designed to work hard but if it needs a little help with tough ingredients then it will automatically adjust itself to deal with the task. The 4.8l stainless bowl can process up to 1 kg of all-purpose flour and 12 egg whites, but the whisk sits close to bottom of the bowl so will happily whisk up one egg white too! Plus the robust, full metal construction means it won't wander across your work top when working hard.
